Like all other types of video shoots, we'll want information about the event we're covering.  We'll what to know the usual - who; what; when; where and why!

We'll want access to the best shooting spots, but we don't want to interfere with guests, visitors or performers, etc.  To ensure that we're close without being in the way requires information and cooperation.

We're sticklers for crisp, clear sound and live events are very challenging for sound technicians.  We'll tap PA systems AND have a mic on a loudspeaker as well as wireless systems, shotgun mics and more, if we feel it is necessary.

We've never had an interference issue with PA systems, but we always do a radio check beforehand, just in case.

Be sure to let us know about any special requests in the way of shooting or editing.  If you'd like to "bookend" the event video with interviews or other video before and/or after the event video, be sure and make arrangements with us ahead of time.

We like to allow up to two weeks to edit an event video and deliver masters, but if you need a "rush", just let us know.  We can sometimes do "next-day" delivery.
